Comments: Wes had a great career in college at Cal. State Fullerton. He was drafted by the Rangers and had a great 1st year in pro ball. He worked his way up in the ranks from Double A ball to eventually being a mid-relief pitcher in the big club his following year. He’s had some ups and down throughout his stay with the Rangers, but with the trade to Boston this past off-season, Wes looks to be a major addition to the Red Sox club. Wes had played a several American Samoa National Teams, with a notable showing at the NBC World Series event in Wichita, Kansas.
